How do I book?
Choose the house and the dates on the booking page and send the request by WhatsApp or by email. The host confirms availability and the total in writing and tells you how to pay. This site charges nothing.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. At CASA C5 you let yourself in with a keypad on the door.
What does each house include?
Wi-Fi, a television, and parking. Each house's page has the full list.
Can we use the pool?
Yes. At Punta Blanca (CASA A12 and CASA C5) the pool belongs to the community and you enter with a card you are given; a lost card costs $20 to replace. Swimwear is required and hair should be tied back. Punta Arrecife has the pool of its own community.
How far is the airport?
Punta Blanca (CASA A12 and CASA C5) is about 8 minutes by car from Manta airport, 9 from the bus terminal and 19 from Mall del Pacífico. Punta Arrecife is also in Jaramijó, about 9 minutes from the airport.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 30 days or more before arrival and you get everything back. Between 30 and 7 days before, half. Within 7 days there is no refund.
Are pets, smoking or parties allowed?
No. The rules of all the houses do not allow pets, smoking, parties or visitors. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Is there always water?
Manta has restrictions on drinking water. CASA A12 and CASA C5 have a cistern: about 4 days of water at CASA A12 and about 7 days at CASA C5. If more is needed, a water truck is at the guest's expense.
Is there parking?
Yes, inside the community: one space at CASA A12 and two at CASA C5. Punta Arrecife has parking in its community. At Punta Blanca street parking is also free.
Is the area safe?
Punta Blanca is gated, with a gatehouse and a guard 24 hours a day; you identify yourself there on arrival. Punta Arrecife is also a gated community. Each house has security cameras outside and none inside.
Is there a washing machine?
CASA A12 and Punta Arrecife have one. CASA C5 does not.
Is the Wi-Fi good enough to work?
At CASA A12, Airbnb measured 53 Mbps with its own speed test. CASA C5 and Punta Arrecife have Wi-Fi, but we have no measurement.
Can I stay a month or longer?
Yes, CASA A12 and CASA C5 accept stays of 28 nights or more. Write to the host to agree the price.
