What a cookie is

What this site does
- It sets no cookies to identify you or follow your browsing.
- It uses no measurement tools that depend on cookies.
- It does not keep in your browser what you type into the booking form.
- The only cookie of its own is the session cookie of the administration area. It is set only in the browser of whoever runs the site, on signing in; visitors never receive it.
Third-party services you switch on
Some features rely on other companies and load only when you ask for them. When you do, those companies may set their own cookies under their own policies:
- Videos play from YouTube, in its privacy-enhanced mode, only when you press play.
- The interactive map is Google Maps and loads only when you press the button to show it.
- The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, outside this site.
How to control cookies
Your browser's settings let you see, block or delete cookies from any site. This site works the same if you block them all.
