House rules
The rules are the same in all the houses. You are staying in a family home inside a residential community; we ask you to treat it with care and to respect the neighbours.
Last updated: October 12, 2026.
Arriving and leaving
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out is by 12:00 PM.
- On arrival you identify yourself at the community's entrance.
- At CASA C5 the door opens with a keypad; the host sends you the code.
Who may stay
- CASA A12 takes up to 7 guests, CASA C5 up to 6 and Punta Arrecife up to 7.
- Only the people included in the booking may stay. Visitors are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
Living alongside neighbours
- Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- No parties, gatherings or events.
- No smoking inside the house.
- No commercial photography.
The pool and shared areas
- At Punta Blanca you enter the pool with an access card. A lost card costs $20 to replace.
- Wear swimwear in the pool and keep hair tied back or under a cap.
- Children use the pool and the playground under the care of an adult from their group.
Water
Manta has restrictions on drinking water and it matters to use it with care. CASA A12 and CASA C5 have a cistern: enough for about 4 days at CASA A12 and for about 7 days at CASA C5. If more water is needed, buying a water truck is at the guest's expense.
Looking after the house
- Rinse off sand before going in: CASA A12 has a shower in the patio and CASA C5 a hose.
- Towels stay in the house.
- Clean the grill after using it.
- If you travel with babies, protect the mattresses and the sofa.
- Washing vehicles at the house is not allowed.
